Attorney Kevin Neiswonger

Mr. Neiswonger was graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1992. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was also graduated as a University Honors Scholar.

Mr. Neiswonger received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1995. He successfully passed the West Virginia State Bar that year and has been practicing law in the State of West Virginia since that time.

After working together at the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender Corporation, Mr. Neiswonger and his partner, David C. White, formed the Law Firm of Neiswonger and White in 1999.


Mr. Neiswonger has successfully represented people from our community in all types of legal cases, including criminal law, divorce, and personal injury since 1995.

Mr. Neiswonger has successfully handled many high profile cases around the State. He has successfully represented people in high profile criminal cases in both State and Federal Court. He has successfully argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. He has also practiced in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States.

 

Mr. Neiswonger has successfully represented people in personal injury cases and has obtained significant jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.

 

Mr. Neiswonger has many years of experience representing individuals in divorce, custody, and family law matters. He has also handled divorce appeals in front of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.

 

Mr. Neiswonger is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, the Marshall County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law throughout the State of West Virginia, as well as in the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of West Virginia, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Mr. Neiswonger resides in Moundsville, West Virginia, with his wife and two sons who attend Marshall County Schools, and are very active in athletics and other school related events.
