Attorney David White
Mr. White along with his partner, Kevin Neiswonger, formed the Law Offices Of Neiswonger & White in 1999, after having worked together at the Public Defender’s Office in Marshall County, West Virginia.
Mr. White has successfully represented clients in many areas of law, including criminal law, divorce, and personal injury law. Mr. White also represents various business entities and has appeared in front of the West Virginia Public Service Commission in matters involving water delivery and sanitary sewer systems.
Mr. White has successfully argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and previously was employed as an insurance defense lawyer in Charleston, WV before embarking upon a practice with a main focus of assisting people and their families. He brings this wealth of experience on behalf of his clients in all cases.
Mr. White has been admitted to practice in the Northern District Court of WV, as well as, throughout state courts in West Virginia. He is a member of the West Virginia state bar association, the Marshall County bar association, the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, and previously served on the board of governors for the state bar of West Virginia from 2010 to 2013. He currently lives in Glen Dave, WV.
